We are currently hiring Restaurant Support Staff in Chesapeake & Maine in Rehoboth, DE.
Support Staff keep restaurant operations running smoothly. They provide assistance with various tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. They contribute to the flow and tempo of the restaurant by effectively clearing and setting tables, working with the bar by cleaning and restocking glassware, taking out kegs, and clearing bus tubs, and occasionally helping unload the beer truck and put kegs away.
Responsibilities- Expo support, running food to tables.
- Ensure dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and stocked.
- Assist Bartenders, Servers and Kitchen staff with food prep, cleaning & sanitizing tables, and restocking supplies.
- Help set up and break down tables, chairs, and restaurant equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting guest needs.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Level: 10
In accordance with pay transparency laws, the pay rate for this role if hired is $15.00 per hour. This position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift.
