Bartender; C&M - PT Reg

Overview

We are currently hiring a part time Bartender in Rehoboth Beach, DE at Chesapeake & Maine. The Bartender provides excellent, interactive, and educational service as well as helps customers engage with the brands through alcohol sales.

• Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving our products
• Provide excellent customer service with a customer first attitude
• Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a lead brand ambassador
• Convey knowledge about the brand and the ability to educate customers
• Conduct cash handling and sales through POS inventory system

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have bartender experience with all necessary bartender licensing if required by state law
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Hospitality experience

Level: 10 In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $4.25 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift.
