Your Mission:

Provide high-quality customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and standards.

Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service.

Process sales transactions accurately and securely.

Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising standards.

Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.

Follow all policies, procedures, and operational competencies.

Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for staff and customers.

Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, with possible overtime.

Your Talent:

1-2 years’ experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Quick learner with basic computer skills (MS Office).

Ability to lift or push up to 30 pounds regularly.
