Part‑time Brand Ambassador brings the Aerie brand to life in store, providing an exceptional shopping experience, building brand loyalty with guests, and representing company values with authenticity.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
• Share passion for AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, bringing skill to every zone.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, keeping guest experience top priority.
• Assist teammates in teamwork and getting the job done.
• Act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people and full of energy.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience (practice makes perfect).
• At least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay determined by experience and location.
• Eligible for paid sick leave; AEO may provide rewards at discretion.
• Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, classification, and years of service.
