Sales Support Associate
Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941.
The Sales Support Associate role is integral to store success, ensuring efficient customer service and operational flow from receipt to sales point.
Responsibilities- Cash Wrap: Greet customers, maintain POS accuracy, capture contact info, suggest add‑ons, manage cash and media, keep wrap organized, leave positive impressions.
- Stockroom / Warehouse: Receive shipments, notify management, scan and verify cartons, report discrepancies, prepare cycle counts, maintain loss prevention, reorganize stock, manage back‑of‑house inventory.
- Sales Floor: Assess replenishment needs, execute visual merchandising, communicate price/feature information, respond to customers, handle requests, support sales activities, maintain housekeeping standards.

- Experience
: 1–3 years retail (cashier/stock/sales), luxury environment preferred. - Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical
:
Knowledge of cash register systems, iPad/laptop, mobile POS, walkie‑talkie, reading price sheets. - Physical
:
Fast pace, frequent lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling. - Schedule
:
Flexible, nights, weekends, holidays, high‑traffic days.
