As a Sales Associate (SA) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a SA is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers.

As a SA, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.

SAs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with home buyers to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process.
  • Plan and execute community events to showcase homes and gather prospective buyers.
  • Manage your model home as a business unit, including generating traffic and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Build relationships with realtors and homeowners to foster referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Residential production home selling experience (preferred).
  • Positive and caring attitude.
  • Outgoing, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.
