The Security personnel will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees, residents, and guests.

- Make a difference in the lives of those who live with us
- Conduct safety and security inspections
- Patrol community buildings and grounds as scheduled
- Report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and unsecure doors
- Inspect and report all dangerous conditions and any damaged or defective equipment, machinery, and property
- Investigate and report unlawful activity, safety hazards, incidents and suspicious occurrences
- Respond to all security calls and complaints; take appropriate action
- Secure community buildings according to policy and community expectations
- Notify police or fire department in situations where their emergency response is needed
- Sound fire alarm in the case of fire emergency
- Complete housekeeping duties as assigned
- Answer Community phones
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year job related experience preferred
- Interest in working with a senior population
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Organization and time management skills
- Good judgement, problem solving, and decision‑making skills
- Must be able to work independently
