Looking for a lead irrigation technician with 3+ years experience
. As a Conserva Lead Technician you are a self‑starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will primarily be responsible for repairs such as troubleshooting, enhancing existing systems to make them more efficient, installing smart irrigation controllers and associated flow‑sensing equipment. Even with vast experience in the industry you will have tons of opportunity to learn and excel on the job.

• Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding
• Installing high‑tech smart irrigation controllers
• Adding on to existing systems
• Install Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements
• Install High‑tech sensor and flow sensing installation
• Complete our SES auditing process at every residence to come up with the final score
• Educate the customer why it is necessary to make the required improvements to their system (upsell)
• Collect payment after completion of the job prior to leaving the residence

• Work independently, yet be at the ground floor of an up and coming irrigation company in Southern Delaware
• Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
• Advance to a Level 2 technician

• 3+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
• Results‑oriented
• Motivation to earn production bonuses
• Great attitude with a desire for growth
• Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Willing to communicate with and educate customers on their system effectively
• Must be driven to figure out how to optimize every irrigation system to its maximum efficiency

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
