The Install Helper supports the in-house installation crew by assisting with removing existing windows and doors and installing new Pella products in residential settings.

• Install windows and doors according to Pella Corporation’s guidelines and quality standards.
• Test and demonstrate the operation of installed units to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with customers and represent Pella Mid-Atlantic professionally.
• Assist with training on operating procedures and contact points for future service needs.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Verify orders and conduct site inspections as needed.
• Use and maintain tools properly.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear and reporting hazards.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to company fleet safety policies.
