Sr. Manager, HR
- Employee Relations & Policy Governance

We’re looking for a seasoned HR leader to drive employee relations, policy governance, and a positive workplace culture at Pella.
Hybrid schedule available at one of our manufacturing locations in Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the Employee Relations (ER) Specialists team, setting strategy, coaching, and metrics for ER execution.
  • Oversee ER processes, fact‑finding, documentation, and compliance, ensuring confidential, accurate records.
  • Provide strategic support and thought partnership to leaders across the organization.
  • Identify ER risks linked to organizational changes, develop plans, and drive proactive resolution.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR leaders, and business partners to align policies with legal requirements and business needs.
  • Maintain a central, accessible policy repository, conduct policy audits, and report on effectiveness.
  • Equip the ER team to deliver excellent people practices, including coaching on conduct and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with focus on policy development, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and contemporary HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Service Now a plus.
  • PHR or SHRM‑CP a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Service Now a plus.
