The Data Analyst will support the organization through data analysis, reporting, and business insights that help drive strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. This role will focus heavily on maintaining and analyzing internal and external data sources, developing reporting dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities, and supporting business initiatives through actionable insights.

The position will work closely with internal stakeholders to support sales reporting, promotional analysis, pricing analysis, category insights, and ad hoc business projects while helping ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across the organization..

• Must currently live within commutable distance to our Reidsville, NC facility. (No Relocation Available)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, sales analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience using AI powered tools and technologies to improve reporting, automate workflows, generate insights, and increase operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar business productivity tools is a plus.
• Experience with syndicated market data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, SPINS, or Numerator.
• Experience with in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pet, Food, Retail, or Veterinary industries.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Finance teams.
• Experience with CRM, field execution, or sales reporting platforms such as Repsly.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, or predictive modeling techniques.

• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.
