We’re hiring for an A+ food manufacturing client known for operational excellence, reliability, and top-tier production standards. Openings are available on both 2nd and 3rd shift at a fast‑paced, highly automated facility.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with plant standards
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

• 3+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a team‑driven environment
