Our client, a well-established and growing residential construction contractor based in Reigate, is seeking a motivated and career-driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business, offering hands-on project exposure and clear progression opportunities within the residential sector.

The Role

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across a range of bespoke residential builds and developments. You will gain practical experience in cost management, procurement, subcontractor management and financial reporting, working closely with senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with cost planning and budgeting f

* Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documentation

* Assisting with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

* Valuing completed works and processing payments

* Supporting the management of variations and final accounts

* Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance

* Ensuring projects remain within budget and on programme

Requirements

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities

* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)

* Groundworks exposure is desirable but not essential
