  Experience:
  
  With the requirement to work across our main site and our satellite site in Caterham, you will gain experience managing diverse learning environments—a key skill for any aspiring Head of Department or SENDCo.

• Strategic Curriculum Delivery: Contribute to the evolution of a bespoke curriculum that bridges the gap between the National Curriculum and specialist SEND requirements.

• Data & Progress Management: Lead on monitoring and reporting student outcomes, gaining high‑level experience in EHC plan reviews, PEP, and LAC documentation.

• Expertise Development: Maintain an expert‑level awareness of current issues in the field of Autism (ASC) and SEMH, ensuring your pedagogy remains at the cutting edge of special education.

We are looking for a high‑calibre professional with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a track record of excellence in special school settings.

You should be a specialist in differentiated instruction with a robust understanding of the National Curriculum.
