SEN Teaching Assistant Required in Reigate

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving school in Reigate
. We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and helping them reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide classroom support for pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
  • Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour support plans.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, young people, or individuals with additional needs is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, proactive, and caring approach.
  • Commitment to promoting the wellbeing and development of pupils.
  • Must hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
