Hiring for a reputable client, we're looking for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a 2-bedded EBD home in Anfield - helping create stability, structure and meaningful progress in a nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing as the Deputy Manager:
Support the Registered Manager with the smooth operation of the home Oversee the delivery of care and support within the home's day-to-day routines Help lead and motivate a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality support Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive environment for young people Help monitor care standards and support continuous improvement Work closely with relevant people to ensure the young people's needs are understood and met What you'll bring: A people-first approach, with the ability to lead by example Strong communication skills and confidence working in a care setting A steady, responsible mindset-able to support young people and staff with professionalism The ability to handle daily priorities effectively while keeping standards high Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and positive outcomes Additional information:
