We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to cover the south of England.
To maintain, repair and improve customer BMS, taking responsibility for providing a high quality service to both customers and Facility Management clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Actively look for opportunities for additonal support contracts and services with existing customers
- Maintain and improve customer BMS systems by carrying out routine and reacitive servicing, call outs, working promptly, efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures
- Complete clear and concise repots deetailing work carried out and recommendations on completion of any site visits
- Carry out extra works and small projects/commissioning work under guidance
You will have good general BMS knowledge and relevant industry exprience, have knowledge of N4/Tridium, Distech and Trend
Competency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
