Technical Stylist (REIGATE)

Are you ready to embark on an exciting new journey in hairdressing? Do you have 2+ years experience on the salon floor?

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Part‑time option is also available.

• A commission structure from 30% to 35%

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

• Has two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Brings artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provides exceptional customer service and cultivates long-term relationships with clients
• Manages a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
