Business Analyst & Solution Design Lead

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

• We translate business outcomes into clear use cases, structured requirements, and logical delivery increments.
• We design solutions across core business systems, integrations and APIs, customer‑facing platforms, and data and reporting layers.
• We define where logic should sit, how systems interact, and how data flows between platforms.
• We work closely with developers and delivery teams to review solution approaches, refine requirements, and ensure clarity and quality of build.
• We analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and manual overhead.
• We design improvements combining systems, automation, and data.
• We define how success is measured through metrics, baselines, and expected outcomes.
• We understand how data can be structured and used to improve decision‑making, enable automation, and reduce manual effort.
• We explore and shape opportunities involving AI‑driven insights, intelligent automation, and data‑led processes.

We work primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, and this role is hybrid with 2‑3 days a week in our Reigate office.
