Claims Handler required for a large property maintenance specialist looking to expand the existing team due to rapid recent growth. The Claims handler role is a perm position, full-time Monday to Friday, office based. For this role, the client is offering a competitive salary of 30 to 32k per annum with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Experience with in a similar role is desirable.

• Discussing the claim with the customer and logging all of the information given.
• Guiding the customer through the process of the claim and keeping them updated.
• Supporting the customer with guidance through insurance claims documents.
• Reporting weekly to management on claim status and outcomes.
• Other general administration.

The clients office are based near Redhill, Surrey with quick access to the local train station, high street.
