Supply Planner

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Supply Planner on behalf of a well-established and growing business. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with experience in supply planning, purchasing or procurement to join a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing purchase orders in line with forecasts, customer demand and lead times. Liaising with suppliers to monitor orders, shipments and delivery schedules. Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability. Identifying and resolving supply shortages, delays and inventory issues. Maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in supply planning, purchasing, procurement or inventory management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to build supplier relationships. Good Excel skills and experience using purchasing or ERP systems. Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. Food industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Knowledge of international shipping or Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
