Role Overview

As Investment Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the development and funding strategies of our Single Family Rental portfolio. You will manage strategic investments, oversee project budgets, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring projects from inception to completion.

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead land promotion opportunities, oversee legal and financial negotiations, and support project delivery teams to meet business objectives. Your expertise in investment and development appraisals will be instrumental in identifying and maximizing new opportunities.

• Manage strategic investments and oversee project budgets.

• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to execute legal agreements and secure funding.
