We have an exciting opportunity for a a motivated individual to Lead data analytics for our Home Claims function, turning complex data into clear insights that improve performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver better customer outcomes. You'll combine strong leadership, analytical expertise, and stakeholder influence to shape the future of Home Claims through data-driven thinking.

• Lead analytics and insight delivery across Home Claims.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within claims performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive data-led decisions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
• Champion continuous improvement through data and insight.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Strong experience in Home Claims analytics.
• Proven people leadership and team development skills.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of claims operations and performance metrics.
• Experience using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
