Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR 98152 You will be involved in generating new instructions, building relationships with landlords and tenants, arranging viewings and negotiating successful lets. Generating new lettings instructions and developing business opportunities Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and prospective tenants Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and progressing lets through to completion Working towards individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency preferred, although more junior candidates will be considered A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Good communication and relationship-building skills A professional approach to customer service A confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills Ambition and motivation to work towards targets Smart presentation and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team Full UK driving licence and own car essential, with knowledge of the Reigate area advantageous Is this the role for you?
