Identify and supply commercial vehicle parts to workshop and retail customers Provide professional advice regarding parts and product requirements Handle parts enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoicing efficiently Source parts from manufacturers and approved suppliers to meet customer needs Monitor and manage parts deliveries to ensure punctuality Maintain accurate stock levels and support stock control processes Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues Support workshop operations to minimise vehicle downtime Identify upselling opportunities to increase parts sales and customer spend Utilise dealership management systems to check part availability and vehicle details Deliver exemplary customer service at all times Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
