Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for a Social Worker Team Manager in Reigate.
About the role- Provide a professional social work support to individuals, children, families and carers
- Using a range of interventions promote choice, control and independence
- Effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher level risks
- Leading role in staff development
- Line management of practitioners in the Team
- Professional social work qualification recognised by HCPC
- Registered or in process of HCPC registration
- Experience of assessing the needs of children and young people
- Management / Supervisory experience
- Our client will offer you a salary of £55,000 - £61,000 + bonus plus other great benefits
