Das Wohn- und Bürozentrum für Körperbehinderte sucht eine Sozialpädagogin oder einen Sozialpädagogen HF/FH in Teilzeit (60%–80%) zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Teilhabe im Wohnen. Sie betreuen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, koordinieren Schnittstellen und gestalten Teilhabeprozesse im interdisziplinären Umfeld.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH mit und zeichnen sich durch Koordination, Empathie und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus.
