Qualifications:

* - Possess complete technical competence with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, with a knack for independent problem-solving and leadership.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in the servicing and programming of DDC and HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of BACnet system design, including BACnet IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks.
- Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate onsite job operations effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient with server, workstation, laptop, Microsoft Office, and IP LAN/WAN.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical, control drawings, and sequences of operations for system design and commissioning.
- Experience in programming complete DDC systems for air and waterside systems.
