As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and help grow our seasonal tax business. Your role includes developing staff, ensuring excellent client service, and achieving growth objectives. You will also serve as a resource on tax topics and products.

Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and at least 2 years as a Tax Professional.

Key responsibilities include creating growth plans, recruiting, managing client concerns, scheduling, training, coaching, and conducting performance reviews. You will also prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with IRS and state requirements.

Ideal candidates possess customer service or supervisory experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong independent work skills, and a customer-centric mindset. A high school diploma or higher is required, and successful completion of tax knowledge assessments or courses is preferred.

The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and performance. Successful candidates may participate in incentive plans and benefit from comprehensive employment perks.
