Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Compensation
Starting at $21.00/hour. Commission & Bonus Opportunities.

WPM is looking for friendly, energetic, and sales‑driven individuals to join our leasing teams at Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown, MD) and Pleasant Ridge (Owings Mills, MD). Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in transforming apartments into homes by:
- Listening to and addressing resident needs
- Supporting community‑building events
- Thinking creatively to solve challenges
- Providing outstanding customer service every day
This role is ideal for those with backgrounds in customer service, sales, or marketing. Leasing and Entrata software experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Track and record all phone and walk‑in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports.
- Assist applicants with leasing applications and documentation.
- Maintain marketing materials and participate in resident outreach/marketing events.
- Manage vacancies: update reports, complete checklists, and prepare units for move‑in (including light cleaning).
- Support resident retention through events and community engagement.
- Assist Property Managers with operations: correspondence, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate files (residents, vendors, invoices, insurance certificates).
- Provide phone coverage and office support as needed.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using PC and learning new software.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
