Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Compensation
Starting at $21.00/hour. Commission & Bonus Opportunities.

About the Role

WPM is looking for friendly, energetic, and sales‑driven individuals to join our leasing teams at Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown, MD) and Pleasant Ridge (Owings Mills, MD). Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in transforming apartments into homes by:

  • Listening to and addressing resident needs
  • Supporting community‑building events
  • Thinking creatively to solve challenges
  • Providing outstanding customer service every day

This role is ideal for those with backgrounds in customer service, sales, or marketing. Leasing and Entrata software experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and record all phone and walk‑in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports.
  • Assist applicants with leasing applications and documentation.
  • Maintain marketing materials and participate in resident outreach/marketing events.
  • Manage vacancies: update reports, complete checklists, and prepare units for move‑in (including light cleaning).
  • Support resident retention through events and community engagement.
  • Assist Property Managers with operations: correspondence, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate files (residents, vendors, invoices, insurance certificates).
  • Provide phone coverage and office support as needed.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using PC and learning new software.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
