Associate Asset Protection - Security

• Detect and resolve internal and external theft incidents.
• Be the primary contact for safety and security issues in stores within the area of responsibility.
• Tour stores daily, identifying deficiencies and executing corrective action as necessary.
• Maintain awareness of high risk areas in order to reduce or control merchandise losses.
• Review shrink best practices and assist in executing shrink reduction strategy drivers on store visits; check areas such as rotation, backroom organization and other follow up areas assigned by supervision.
• Review shrink reports and assist in reacting to issues and opportunities seen in assigned stores.

• High School Diploma
• Driver's License & transportation required - travel throughout multiple stores in a District and/or Region required
• Up to one year of related experience
• Knowledge of criminal laws applicable to various state and local jurisdictions
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation related information
• Basic MS Office skills
