Job OverviewStella Electric Construction LLC is seeking two experienced Residential Service Electricians to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company inside customers’ homes—delivering safe, code-compliant electrical solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for a skilled electrician who values honesty, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time.
Responsibilities- Perform residential electrical service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and installations
- Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide clear, honest solutions to homeowners
- Install and repair electrical equipment, fixtures, raceways, and cable systems
- Perform routine maintenance on residential electrical systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope of work, options, and pricing—without pressure or upselling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment inside occupied homes
- Adhere to all National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and company procedures
- Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in professional condition
- Represent Stella Electric with integrity, professionalism, and pride on every service call
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Journeyman-level experience strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with residential old-work applications
- Proficient with electrical tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and scopes of work
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
