• Minimum of 3+ years experience in installing Building Automation and DDC control systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, control wiring, and low-voltage electrical practices.
• Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and control drawings accurately.
• Demonstrated team leadership and field coordination skills.
• Proficient in conduit bending, cable routing, device mounting, and termination standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills using electrical test equipment.
• Effective communication and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other trades.
• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
