Afin de renforcer notre équipe , nous recherchons pour notre succursale de Renens un/une
SECRÉTAIRE POUR NOTRE DÉPARTEMENT VENTEVOS FONCTIONS
- Accueil, réception clientèle
- Traitement des tâches administratives pour le département vente
- Suivi de l'administration des dossiers de vente
- Suivi des débiteurs vente
- Formation et suivi des apprentis
- CFC d'employé/e de commerce
- Attestation CFFE (Cours de formation pour formateurs et formatrices en entreprise)
- Connaissances et véritable attrait du monde automobile
- Sens de l'organisation, autonome, flexible
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- De langue maternelle française avec d'excellentes connaissances en anglais ou allemand (un atout)
- Contact aisé avec la clientèle
- Aisance et maîtrise de la correspondance
- Précis/e, consciencieux/se, polyvalent/e
- Dynamique, résistance au stress
- Des possibilités d'évolutions en lien avec vos compétences
