APREMADOL - Association pour la prévention et le maintien à domicile dans l'Ouest lausannois recherche un(e) infirmier·ère référent
· e somatique à Renens. Vous aurez pour mission d'évaluer et de répondre aux besoins de santé des clients à domicile, tout en collaborant avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
Le candidat idéal possède un Bachelor HES en soins infirmiers et doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des priorités. Des horaires principalement de jour et 5 semaines de vacances par an sont offerts.
