Sales Administrator

Duties

• Manage and update customer databases using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
• Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Assist with processing sales orders and quotations, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments via Microsoft Outlook and email
• Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise sales activities and client engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via phone or email
• Maintain organised filing systems for contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation
