Contract Manager, Perm, Glasgow Based, Competitve Salary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of door installation contracts from survey to final sign-off
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility and maximise contract profitability
  • Identify, document, and recover contract variations and additional costs
  • Prepare accurate project forecasts and reports for senior management
  • Coordinate surveys, approval drawings, procurement, and installation schedules
  • Liaise with clients, production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance
  • Manage snagging and remedial works to successful completion
  • Obtain client sign-off and initiate invoicing and payment applications
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate any delays proactively

Requirements

  • Proven contract management experience within construction, door installation, or fenestration sectors
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing P&L and contract variations
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements
  • Experience producing RAMS and O&M documentation
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualification
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
