Our Engineering Graduate Programme, based at our Howden location in Renfrew, offers real‑life work experiences across different business areas and a chance to accelerate learning with assignments on world‑leading engineering projects.
Training & DevelopmentThe programme follows the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) competencies. Over the first two years you will undertake eight 3‑month placements in core areas such as design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing and field services, preparing you for Chartered status. After the first two years you transition to a permanent role, continuing to receive mentoring from experienced leaders.
What We’re Looking ForApplicants from Mechanical, Aero‑Mechanical, Aeronautical and Product Design Engineering disciplines are welcome. Candidates must hold an IMechE accredited MEng or BEng (Hons) degree. You should be able to operate autonomously, take responsibility early on, and work effectively in diverse teams.
