Senior Management Accountant (12-Month FTC) Hybrid Working | Salary: £60,000 £ 70,000  Benefits Your New Company Lusona Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth technology business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. With a turnover of £40 million and significant growth over the past 23 years, this organisation offers an exciting and fast-paced environment.

This role has arisen to cover maternity leave, with potential longer-term opportunities available for the right candidate. Your New Role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role within a dynamic finance function, managing a team of four and supporting ongoing business growth. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the management accounting process across five legal entities Preparing and delivering board reporting packs with insightful commentary Supporting year-end processes, including audit and IFRS reporting requirements Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities Business partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making Providing leadership, guidance, and development to a team of four finance staff This is a commercially focused role offering exposure to a variety of projects as the business continues to grow and diversify.
