As Finance Manager
- Europe within our European Regional Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the financial reporting, planning and control activities across a diverse European business spanning 16 countries and around 40 business units.

Working directly with an experienced regional finance leadership team, you will develop expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, business partnering and financial controls, while collaborating with finance professionals across Europe and global corporate finance teams.

You’ll also gain exposure to senior regional leaders and contribute to reporting and analysis that supports decision‑making at both regional and global levels.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, curious, and eager to broaden their experience beyond traditional financial reporting into the wider world of international finance and business performance management.

Our European Regional Finance team provides financial leadership, reporting, analysis and governance across our extensive European operations. We work closely with business unit finance teams, senior regional leadership and global finance functions to provide accurate financial insight, support strategic decision making and ensure strong financial controls across the region.

As we integrate Chart, Howden and Baker Hughes, our finance teams are at the heart of shaping future processes, reporting structures and ways of working across a global organisation.
