Our Cooks play a key role in serving nutritious, home-cooked meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health and safety:

• Producing varied, tasty menus considering individual dietary requirements
• Providing special diets where necessary
• Cleaning and washing up after meals and ensuring overall kitchen cleanliness
• Preparing and serving meals
• Guiding and coaching the kitchen team
• Managing stock control, replenishing, and ordering
• Ensuring Food Hygiene and Safety standards are met, with all documentation up to date

To qualify, you should have experience as a Cook, the ability to accommodate various dietary needs, relevant qualifications, and Food Hygiene Certificates. Awareness of relevant regulations is essential.
