JobPurpose
The purpose of the Cloud Enablement and Support role is to ensure the seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing operation of our cloud solutions. The role provides end-to-end coordination across customer, technical, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements, acting as a central point of ownership throughout the customer lifecycle. It exists to reduce onboarding friction, accelerate time to deployment, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
By improving processes, ensuring consistency, and managing support effectively, the role enables scalable growth of our cloud business while allowing sales and technical teams to focus on revenue generation and strategic priorities.
- Owning the end-to-end onboarding process for new cloud customers, coordinating cybersecurity reviews and managing contractual requirements including MSAs and SLAs.
- Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Managing and resolving customer support issues, escalating where required, and maintaining high service standards.
- Developing and refining onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Liaising across internal teams, identifying process improvements, and contributing to customer retention, satisfaction, and overall cloud business growth.
- Experience in cloud-based products or SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and support processes.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements, data protection considerations, and contractual frameworks such as MSAs and SLAs.
- Background in customer-facing roles, project coordination, or technical support.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset; ability to drive process improvements in a growing, fast-paced environment.
