Saas Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end onboarding process for new cloud customers
• Coordinating cybersecurity reviews and managing contractual requirements including MSAs and SLAs
• Primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
• Manage and resolve customer support issues, escalating where required, and maintaining high service standards
• Develop and refine onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency
• Liaise across internal teams, identify process improvements, and contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and overall cloud business growth

• Experience in cloud-based products or SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and support processes
• Familiar with cybersecurity requirements, data protection considerations, and contractual frameworks such as MSAs and SLAs
• Background in customer-facing roles, project coordination, or technical support is essential

• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working across cross-functional teams
• A technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset are desirable, as is the ability to drive process improvements in a growing, fast-paced environment
