Terumo Aortic is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team in Renfrew. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, helping to resolve hardware, software, and operating issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will help maintain stable, secure IT services aligned to the IT Roadmap, supporting Windows and Linux environments, logging and escalating tickets, and contributing to documentation and projects.
