What you'll do

You'll take responsibility for leading a sizeable Accounts & Business Advisory team, providing direction, mentorship, and support from trainee through to Director level. Alongside managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and owner-managed clients, you'll act as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and strategic decision-making.

A significant part of the role will involve driving new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver broader advisory services. You'll work closely with fellow Partners and senior leaders across the business, contributing to firm-wide initiatives while helping shape the future growth of the practice in the region.

What you'll need

• ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified

• Significant experience within accountancy practice at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level

• Strong background across accounts, business advisory, and client relationship management

• Proven track record of winning and developing new business opportunities

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

• Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ambition to influence, lead, and contribute to the growth of a successful practice
