We are now in search for 2x Production Operators to join the team!

Reporting to the Production Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring raw materials are efficiently converted into finished products while meeting all Health & Safety, Quality, and BRC standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.

You will be responsible for:

* Working safely and in full compliance with H&S, quality, and site standards

* Following SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures at all times

* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping using a “clean as you go” approach

* Completing production and traceability documentation accurately

* Managing raw material rotation and ensuring full traceability of materials and finished goods

* Identifying and reporting non-conformances and supporting corrective actions

* Supporting training and developing skills in line with the site training matrix

* Maximising yield and efficiency while minimising waste

* Taking a proactive approach to food/packaging safety and quality

About You

* Comfortable following instructions and safe working practices

* Able to complete production paperwork clearly and accurately

* A strong team player with good communication skills

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Good understanding of food safety and quality standards

* Flexible, adaptable, and able to multi-task
