About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Controller to support and drive quality performance across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, shop-floor-focused role responsible for ensuring quality standards are embedded throughout production, with a strong focus on right-first-time performance, process control, waste reduction, and preventing quality issues before they reach the customer.

You will be a key role model for quality standards, ensuring that quality remains at the heart of every decision and that products consistently meet internal and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of product quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process, meeting both internal requirements and customer expectations
• Act as a visible presence within the production environment, supporting teams to achieve consistent quality and first-time-right results
• Review quality performance data, identify areas for improvement, and support investigations into defects and recurring issues
