Pay / / Pay Breakdowns :

• Competitive base salary $85,000 to $105,000
• Discretionary performance bonuses.
• Tax season charge hour bonuses or total annual charge hour bonuses, based on meeting hours requirements.

• Skills / Qualifications :
• 3–6 years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA or eligible to sit.
• Proficiency with tax software (CCH Pro Systems and Axcess a plus).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and self-starter skills.
• Experience with manufacturers, nonprofits, long-term care, or construction industries is a plus.
• Duties :
• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, estate, trust, nonprofit (990), and individual tax returns.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and efficient tax compliance and planning.
