Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic family‑owned business as an Order Processing Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing and processing large customer orders. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with vendors and customers to ensure product accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities- Upload large batch orders to external portals.
- Audit orders and verify accuracy in spreadsheets and Quick Books.
- Manage purchase orders and conduct pricing checks.
- Handle bi‑weekly large customer orders and collaborate with Customer Service.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve product issues.
- Process SKUs and identify backup styles when items are out of stock.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for email correspondence and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with inventory or purchase orders (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Quick Books (helpful but not required).
This TEMP/CONTRACT role is a full‑time hours (40) position operating Monday through Friday in an office setting. After the training period, enjoy a flexible work schedule with any 8‑hour shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. As part of a small team, you will be treated like family, with birthday celebrations and an office dog. The dress code is casual.
Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Reno, NV.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $27.00 per hour.
