We’re seeking a motivated Grant Research Assistant to help identify funding opportunities for strategic projects and partnerships. This role begins with project-based payment, and develops into a salary leadership role as we secure funding and grow. You’ll focus exclusively on grant discovery and research assistance, no grant writing or submitting project proposals. We’re looking for someone passionate about research, funding strategy, and building long term partnerships.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Research and identify grant opportunities.
- Prepare and help assist with grant proposals and research.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with funding.
- Collaborate with research and author projects.
- Maintain accurate records of reporting obligations.
- College degree preferred, but not required with experience.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and projects.
- Familiarity with grant databases and funding sources a plus.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Strategic grant prospecting compensation.
